Priscilla Christie is the founder and Chief Executive of Priscilla Christie, LLC, a strategic growth and operations firm focused on helping companies scale through alignment, execution, and sustainable infrastructure.

Prior to launching her firm, she spent over 20 years co-building and co-owning an electrical construction company, gaining deep, hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and business growth in complex, high-performance environments. During the COVID-19 period, she founded Priscilla Christie, LLC, to help founders, executives, and organizations navigate change, accelerate growth, and strengthen their operational and strategic foundations.

Today, she partners with leaders across industries to transform businesses through structure, clarity, and execution—bridging the gap between strategy and scalable results.
